Who wears white gloves in the garden? Definitely not Patriot-News garden writer George Weigel, who’s your basic down-and-dirty gardener facing the same lousy soil, erratic weather, and ornery groundhogs that you do. Commiserate with George as he shows you how he does battle in his own yard and occasionally backs into a few successes. Certified horticulturalist George Weigel is also the owner of Garden House-Calls, a gardening and landscape consulting service for do-it-yourself gardeners. The program is co-sponsored by the Hershey Horticulture Society.
