Thank you to everyone who supported our 2009 Annual Booksale! You showed us the love, and now we can show it right back to you with more great programs and resources!
The 2009 Booksale took place the first Saturday in August through the following Wednesday. Members of the Friends of the Library are able to attend a preview event the night before the start of the sale.
Thanks to the generosity of members of the community who donated items to our 2008 book sale, the resulting profit was over $43,000.00, which will purchase programs and new materials for the library. We are very grateful to all who made this possible with their donations and purchases.
On August 15th we will begin to collect donations of materials for the sale to be held in 2010. Please bring books, CDs, videos, DVDs, software and jigsaw puzzles into the library during normal library hours.
