We select items based on reviews, readings, and screenings. Our collection attempts to provide a wide range of views, opinions, and artistic expression. We also welcome your recommendations.
A note on borrowing: Please be careful to keep all media items from extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for damage to computer, video, DVD, cassette or CD player, or other equipment used to play our materials. Please inform us of any damage to materials so that we may repair them.
Bestseller Express
Selected best selling books are available on a first-come basis at a cost of $1.50 for a 10-day loan. The same titles are also available at no charge in the regular, reservable collection.

The Association of Faculty and Friends of the Penn State Medical Center has donated an extraordinary collection of materials dealing with care of the ill, death and grieving.
The Pennsylvania Collection
Located in the Hershey Room, the collection contains published materials relating primarily to the history and culture of Pennsylvania with a special focus on Derry Township and Dauphin County. Usage guidelines as well as an application for access to the materials are available here.
