Books and Babies 2006

The Hershey Public Library presents a four-week series of 20 minute interactive programs for pre-walking children birth to 12 months and their caregivers. One child and one adult register together for songs, simple stories, nursery rhymes and action plays. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents of young children while introducing your baby to the library and literacy. Books and Babies is presented on Monday mornings at 9:45 and 10:45. Note the earlier times to accommodate nappers!

Late Fall Sessions

Monday mornings at 10:00 and 11:00 October 16 – November 6
Derry Township registration begins on Monday, October 2
Open registration begins on Monday, October 9

*Residents First Program
The "Residents First Program" was implemented to improve service provided to the residents of Derry Township. Township residents will be provided the right to register during an exclusive time period, prior to registration being open to non-residents.

Snow policy: If the library is open despite inclement weather, read-aloud programs will take place as scheduled. If we must cancel for any reason, every attempt will be made to contact you by telephone.
