Join Ms. Rita and learn to make your own special book mark. Ms. Rita will teach you how to make yarn Pom Poms and turn them into book marks to use in all your library books. Ms. Rita will show you how to create your very own, personalized Valentine stationary and stickers to share with someone special. Celebrate the spring with a kite-shaped sun-catcher to hang in your window. Ms. Rita will show you how to create a colorful mosaic with tissue paper and contact paper. Seed Bombs Edition

Fragile like a flower yet fragile like a bomb–a seed bomb, that is!
Beautify your environment and encourage pollinators by making seed bombs. You will have enough to plant in your garden and to share with a friend. The video will post on the library’s YouTube programming channel at 12 noon. Pick up your kit at the library April 20-24.

Cemenet Vase Edition – for all ages

Ms. Rita and Aly will walk you through how to make a lovely vase out of old towels and cement.  That’s right!  It can be a family affair.  Younger library friends will need assistance from an adult but it is always fun to get your hands dirty–no matter the age.  Everyone will want to do this outside in a space that is easily cleaned up. Pick up your kit at the library May 18-21.
