Lose the Quarantine 15: Library style


Mondays: June 7 to August 2. 9:00 am to 10:00 am. (No meeting on July 26.)

Lose the Quarantine 15 or, just join us to get active, with library friends. Meet Aly under the trees to the left of the library. Bring your running shoes, download the C25K app if you can (not needed), water bottle, towel/mat for stretching, and sun screen. We will stretch before and after. For those who want to we will also do a quick ab workout at the end.

This is NOT a competitive experience. Please bring supportive and positive vibes only!!! No running experience necessary and it is challenge by choice.

For teens and adults. Registration is not required.
