Tuesday, June 30 at 1:00 pm. VIRTUAL PROGRAM.
A long time ago in a faraway world, two brave villagers go on a daring journey to release the dragons and save the kingdom from the Evil Ice Sorceress. When things don’t go as planned, however, they might need to look to themselves (and to science!) for the answer. Explore the exciting science of solids, liquids, and gases as we conduct experiments with DRY ICE.
Watch a fun, fantasy adventure and along the way you’ll discover just how ‘cool’ matter can be! Throughout the showing, the host will answer questions, conduct polls/quizzes, and even teach a science experiment you can do at home.
Please register online for the opportunity to participate in an interactive Zoom performance. No Zoom account is required to watch, but you DO need to register. A link and a password will be sent to you once you confirm your registration.
This program is suitable for children in grades K-5. Everyone is welcome. Please contact the Children’s Librarian, Rita Smith, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 717-533-6555 if you have questions. The program is sponsored by the Friends.
