You have a few options for changing or resetting your PIN/Password (the library systems use the words interchangeably):
- You can change it online at this link. A reset link will be sent to the e-mail on file with your account. Link to change PIN/Password.
- You can call the library during our open hours and get your PIN changed.
- You can come into the library and present your card; staff will be able to change your PIN for you then.
If you change your PIN and your account still does not work, you may need to renew your card. Cards expire every two years but can be updated by stopping in to the Hershey Public Library anytime it is open and providing proof of your current address. If you live in Derry Township and are unable to visit the library to renew your card due to mobility or transportation issues, please reach out to the library for other options to renew your card.
